She's not worth getting. Not that she isn't useful, just that any half-decent player will have enough options that she won't make a meaningful impact on your roster.
For a non-starter in the gauntlet or the arena, having a #9 CMD base and #13 CMD/SEC score just doesn't cut it for an event frequency like Lwaxana's.
Likewise, the #13 CMD voyage score and #33 Voyage total just isn't enough for a CMD/DIP/SEC - especially if you've already sprung for Kahless, who has very similar (but slightly better) numbers.
Based on my usual policy to buy some packs if there is no risk to only buy honor but there is a chance to finish some existing 4*s I should buy this. But I do not feel like Troi would do anything noteworthy for me and Vreenak and Soral are simply aweful. I do not need another Shinzon-gate.
This was a really really bad choice of legendaries by DB to go with a Tuesday pack. If the other two were at least half-decent I would have bought a few packs but this is an easy pass for me.
