Missing dilemma option

During my voyage I got the 2h dilemma The Beginning of the End of the World and I went for the option A
to debate the vedek. To my surprise, I got The Voice of the Prophets after another 2 hours. To my bigger surprise, the option C to convince the vedek to become a clown wasnt available because of my past actions even though it should be based on the wiki.
So I went for the stun.

Any ideas? Is this a bug? Is the wiki wrong?

    It is a known bug. Try restarting the game first. That often fixes it.

    Screenshot and send in a ticket next time. Because there will be a next time. As for now send a ticket anyway. This happens to this dilemma almost every-time. I have my 4/4 clown, but got 3/4 through screenshots and tickets. If you have a screenshot of the part 1 choice “A”, and then blank choice “c” its just so much easier. They automatically give you a clown as soon as they open the ticket.

    Yup, I sent a ticket (with some screenshots) and got my Clown.

    dang, wish I'd have seen this sooner. I missed a clown due to this.
