Purchases locked & Equipping bug

Posting for a fleet mate,

I have been getting 2 very odd glitches/bugs that DB support hasn't been able to help me with so I was hoping the forums could, the first issue being that purchases say locked 90% of the time and they only unlock when I restart the game multiple times so basically by sheer luck and the 2nd issue is that the equip screen sometimes bugs when equipping characters and messes them up in such a way that the game thinks all the other crew required those particular items..... that bug also requires a restart to fix but also only seems to get fixed on a temporary basis.

Can someone help me with this? I'd be most grateful if they did.
