Anyone else still having problems with voyages?

    I had a freeze at 67 hours, and while we can not discuss the tickets openly, I can say that even though it took a few days, CS was very compassionate and did the right things in my eyes, to my total satisfaction. I asked for a few specific things in my ticket, and I was given everything requested with zero fight, I assume in part due to the nature of the length and financial commitment involved in getting to 67 hours. I’ve never had a short voyage freeze, so I can’t speak to how well it’s handled at that point, but I was treated well by CS in that instance. In my 3+ years, there was only ever 1 name/rep that was consistently a stinker, and I haven’t seen that name in a long time on a ticket.
