Bonus crew for event Temporal Misalignment

This is the bonus crew chart provided by my fleetmate Sorin08 in SSR.

I noticed that Trader Odo and Benny Russell are not on the list.
They both don't have the Bajorian trait, but wouldn't they still be usable as bonus crew as Sisko and Odo variants?
My argument is that Odo is still a Bajorian even if he's time traveling or anyplace he or anyone for that matter may go, they're still the same person.
Sisko, well like the prophets and vedeks say "The Sisko is of Bajor." And the pah-wraiths in that episode were trying to trick him into staying in that reality.
Can we get some clarification on this please?

Sisko and Odo variants aren't bonus crew. Crew with the Bajoran trait are bonus crew. Those two crew don't have the trait, therefore they aren't bonus.

I think the point is that they *should* have the trait.

For that matter, since the Sisko is of Bajor, shouldn't Jake be Bajoran as well?
