Can't create Wiki account

For some reason, I can't create a Wiki account. I get an error message every time I try to do it. After multiple tries on multiple devices over multiple days, I've determined that it is indeed the website's fault, not mine. May I have some help from DB?

    DB doesn't run the wiki — it's user created and supported. But perhaps one of the folks who help keep it going will chime in here.

    Best bet is to post in this thread. The wiki admins/mods check it regularly.
