To upgrade my new voyage I just bought three legendary citadations and got nothing...

    I bought it and The citadation showed up. But afterwards they weren't in my inventory

    If they are on a shuttle or voyage, you need to wait until they return, Cite them and send them back out.

    No. They weren't in the inventory. No legendary could be fused.
    A few hours later the citadation were in the inventory. So, no support needed. Just some time.

    I had something similar at the weekend. I claimed my first copy of Vosk from the event rank rewards. A while later I wanted to level him, he was not in my crew anywhere, not in crew waiting for a slot, and not in the airlocked crew with the four hour cooldown.

    I spent a few minutes searching for him, search by his name, and by his traits.

    I sent a ticket, assuming I had airlocked him the previous night. Then a minute later he appeared in my crew. When he appeared my total crew increased by one as well.
