Shuttles Disappeared

Last night I ran 4 shuttles with 9-hour boosts. Before I went to bed they were at 6 hours 30 minutes. Woke up today and they were gone. The transmissions I used were back.

I've never encountered such a thing before. In the grand scheme of things I'm not upset by it, but that could be a very frustrating bug to get in an event.
