Cryo skill sort is useless

I figured I would go through each skill looking for my first frozen discovery or Worf crew and unfreeze them.

Found out that the frozen crew are not included in sort. They are just thrown after the sorted active crew in a meaningless order.

A while back I believe I referred to it as "what's the point of this Sh---" if we can't include frozen characters sorted by skill?

This is also true in the main crew roster. Have you ever seen the purples in the same place twice? (when unsorted)
