Facebook Launch not working

Since a few weeks, when I launch Timelines from Facebook, it goes through the launching steps up to the play button, But after hitting that play button, I get an unexpected, non usable screen :

Why does it take so long to get it working again ?

    The game on Facebook is working.
    It seems you are encountering an issue specifically though.
    I would suggest contacting support and providing them with details on your set up that might help identify the issue.

    Alternatively you could also try playing on Steam or if you have Win10, on the Win10 app and see if it performs better for you.
