I've seen mentioned a voyages crew ranking tool - can someone help me out with a link. I'm quite sure I'm missing the obvious...

If spreadsheets don’t excite you all that much, then the Big Book (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vvl3wS1cY29ScQwWcTA6tJgcXvbdadY6vgPpn0swzbs/mobilebasic) would be another good resource to check out.

It is great to simulate citing up different crew and compare their stats taking into account your personal bonuses.
