So I'm going to assume this is a bug. Or do they really want me to choose O'Brien? Well... I didn't.

    From what I've heard, it's not a bug. You did get a choice, as non-choice as it was.

    I'd still put in a ticket, though. Just don't get your hopes up.

    Getting FF options in a behold, even all options FF, is not a bug and will not be rectified (official word, YMMV).

    Getting all 3 options the same will be rectified somehow.

    Not sure about 2 options the same.

    So, wait. DB will compensate you if you get two of the same crew in a behold, but not if you get three fully fused crew members in a single behold?

    The behold is supposed to offer a choice of crew. If all 3 are the same, that's not a choice and they'll fix it. I don't know how, that's just what's been communicated previously. I don't know if 2 dupes will also be fixed or not.

    Having all options FF is working as intended, just like a straight up drop of a FF is working as intended.

    You know, a part of me thinks that this is related to the Admiral Cartwright bug and someone just got lazy fixing it. So instead of getting an Admiral Cartwright mixed in with your 4* beholds they just told the game to pick O'Brien instead.

    Because that's something I'd totally do if I didn't want to actually fix a problem.

    You mentioned something else that should not and normally does not happen. If you receive a behold that is all crew that you already have, you will not be offered an exchange. However, if you get two of the SAME crew in a single behold, we will offer to swap the result.
