    One, more versions of Vina than Winn Adami. Mmhmm. Disappointed, but moving on.

    Two, @Shan, was there a lapse in crew dropping from the pack related to the late vault appearance? 9 pulls and not 1 Vina seems a bit out of the ordinary. All 9 pulls were made before the vault update occurred. Should I go to CS?

    In the past, if the character wasn't in the vault, it wasn't possible for them to drop. So CS is definitely the way to go.

    When was the vault update issue? I did one pull approx 12:10, is it worth a ticket?

    Depends on whether you are before or eastern time zone.

    Actually yes, I noticed your time is at least going to be eastern.

    I did two pulls. I got a dancing chekov in first pull and vina in the second pull. Was earlier in the day I don’t remember the time

    They sent out a message to everyone impacted - you received a free pack for each pack you opened before the fix.
