Premium reward unlocked

Hi,
For the new campaign, i buy the premium reward track but after confirmation of paypall payment , the reward is unlocked.
I clean the cache, reload the game and reward always locked.

    Please contact Support and provide a screenshot of your purchase receipt, not the paypal receipt - and they will sort this out for you :)

    Fyi this does happen from time to time with all types of purchases. It is always a good idea to screenshot your chrons, di, or premium pk screen, wtvr you are purchasing, then screenshot your method of payment at the time of any purchase, then check to be sure you got the email Rcpt of the purchase, then check to be sure you rcvd the goods. If you have all this, items purchased but failed to deliver will be promptly provided within the fist contact of ticket without any back and forth.
