The 10x Premium Packs remain unchanged, you get one, you crack it open, it works like it has always worked, BUT if you leave it alone for X months to incubate/mature/age/etc and you crack it open X months later, it has a significantly greater chance for both begolds and multiple begolds.
"Less-advantaged" players would not suffer as they can still open their packs and get stuff, but the "Seasoned" players who really have no pressing need to open packs immediately could sit on their packs to improve the chances of getting what will actually help them.
