Fleetmember kicked due to bug?

I will not blame the player for my mistakes

This morning i noticed a fleet member missing from the fleet (World of trekfans)
When i checked with the fleet mates, who can still contact the member) he said i kicked him.
Which i didn't for a fact.
Is this another of those layer problems? Like where its been reported to accidentally purchase a pack even when being on other screen?

This is unacceptable, because there are 2 members missing at the moment. Not sure about who the second one is, or if he quit cause the first member was 'kicked'.

An invite has been resend, but i do hope it will work, and won't block because of some bug.

Even when rejoining the member looses out on honor and chrons.

Can officers do that? I'm not up to date to what tasks an officer can do, thought only the admiral could do that. And its kinda bad cause the kicked member was the previous admiral. He just promoted me since a few days. I haven't even found the kick button yet...

I'm not sure if there's been any changes, but when the updated fleet management went live with starbases, Officers could kick normal members, only the Admiral could kick Officers. In other words, you could kick someone with a lower rank than you.

Again, not sure if that's been changed since.

Could customer support shed light on how he ({wot} mof) got removed from the fleet ({wot} world of trekfans)? I'll send a ticket in about it later, but a confirmation if they could help me with such an issue would be welcome.
