That sinking feeling when your Voyage freezes

So yes, been saving up revive tokens for an opportune time and there it was... An event I wouldn't be taking part in, enough tokens to see through all dilemmas...
For the Worfhunter, it was 106 lightyears to Colonel Worf, it had a full tank, half a pack of bloodwine, it was dark out and the crew had sunglasses on.
So it hit it.
And one day, 22 hours into the fricken dreaded freeze!
So here's hoping support will be, erm, supportive.

    They can’t unfreeze it so you may have to just recall. Happened to me on a quest to clear hazards past 17 hours

    I froze at 64 hours while shooting for McCoy. CS was understanding.

    If u can screenshot your loot, they'd have to honor what they see. I screenshot everything now, since a few bad experiences. They came thru for me.
