Animations in the game slow and jumpy

I don’t know if anybody else is having this issue but I am finding animations to be slightly a bit sluggish and jumpy, only started noticing it today when opening packs but also seems to be happening in arena battles too.

Depends if I am on wifi or data. Data can be very chopping, depending on how good the connection is.
