Some missions (away or space) have duplicates

I think most people have notice that some missions, not all, are duplicates e.g away team, space battles.

For example, the casing (2 stars) item can be obtained in the Mutual Assured Destruction mission (space battle) in the Ferengi chapter is a mission duplicate.

    Sometimes the mission lists are not accurate. When this happens, a restart usually fixes it. There was one mission (I don't remember which) that seemed to show up twice all the time. I've just been ignoring it. DB has a number of minor display issues; this I'd just another little thing that doesn't really cause problems.

    I just return after being offline for a few hours and now those missions I meant to be duplicates are no longer duplicates, so what you're suggests to restart the game seems to fix it.
