New Ad Issues (for me)

As of this morning, ads aren't working on my android device. I've tried 5 or 6 times, and there are two ads that keep coming up, one for Citi and one for Sensodyne. Neither ad runs at all and I have to force restart the game to get out of the ad screen. I have not received any of the prizes promised in exchange for viewing these ads.

    I ticketed an advert issue over a month ago, but are still experiencing the issue. Around 50% of ads result in a blank white screen after the ad has played, freezing the game and requiring a forced closure to continue.

    I have the issue with the ad playing, then going to white screen permanently until I force close the app. Happens about 80% of the time, so I pretty much avoid the ads unless I’m ready to close the app.

    Some more info. If the ad shows a timer as a growing blue bar along the bottom, it seems to fail 100% of the time, but if the ad has a small circular timer in the bottom left corner with digits, it seems to work fine
