    I can confirm that voyage-exclusive crew have been featured in ET packs before - that’s how I got the first star for Leonard McCoy and the first two for Ensign Picard. Colonel Worf is the only one of the four from three-part dilemmas that I got the “natural” way, from a ludicrously lucky combination of dilemmas in an otherwise standard 8-hour voyage.
