Dilemma not triggering

I've reached the 12 hour mark on my voyage and mt dilemma will not trigger. This is happening on my Android device, my Steam version AND my Facebook version. I left them open for over 30mins and it did not work. I don't want to call it back and miss out on the rewards I could get from it especially as I used a Voyage recovery item to get to 12 hours.
Any ideas?

    Unfortunately there is no reliable workaround for this issue.
    The best thing to do it to recall the Voyage and then submit a ticket to Support to work with them regarding any Dilithium/Voyage token you might have spent in hopes to go further than 12 hours.
