    For those who blanked on this character as I did, he’s from Think Tank on Voyager, a client/victim of the Think Tank who needed their help to stop some gnarly earthquakes on his planet.

    Easy pass for me. Two Skill 4 🌟 and I have Time Loop Harry FF because I got four copies of him in the Event he was Ranked Reward. I'll try an Event Pack tomorrow for a shot at The Sisko. My Trader Odo is 1 🌟 or 2 🌟, and is a Fraction Event, so Threshold will be 3 🌟 at best....

    Indeed. And he has very good numbers. I airlocked several extra before, but have saved two extra and begun a second copy. I only have second copies of four or five purple crew. He is worth it.

    If there's a 4-star version of Picard worth doubling up, it's Robin Hood. He's a great crew for Picard faction events.
