Results from my over 48 hour Voyage.
Phew, 4,500 dilithium crystals (approx.), 5 trips to my corner store for Google play cards which translate into dilithium, and I can recall the HMS Raktajino (don't judge you know you have named your ship even goofier things lol). The exact time i spent on ths voyage was 2 days, 1 hour, 8 minutes with 39 antimatter left in the tank. It's going to take a little less than 20 hours for my reward laiden vessel to come home. Now for the part everybody has been waiting for...THE REWARDS! Here is the COMPLETE list

But as a little comparison I only want to take the main currencies into account here.
Your whole journey takes 68h (the flight and the return time): Many players can easily pass 6h without DIL spending. The average prices I get at the 6h mark is
~200chronitons
~150honor
~18000credits
If I recall the mission + the 2 extra hour of flight back it takes me ~8h. In an ideal situation one can fly roughly 8 times in 68h. so the prices without spending is
~1600chronitons vs your 4,743
~1200honor vs your 1,211
~144000credits vs your 191,400
Credits and honor seems to be roughly equal, the big difference seems to be chronitons, you earned 3x as much as I did. So in the end one has to answer the question are the 3000 chronitons (I don't want to value the other extra stuff here) worth the 4500DIL?
Thank you a lot for doing this journey and sharing it, so players can better decide if it is worth to them.
A little additional questions: Would you mind to share the refill prices here? Are they linear? Just curious.
My current schedule of voyages is Mon-Wed 8-12 hour voyages with top crew, and usually only needs 2 resets (sometimes 3 to get to 12-14 hours) for about 150-250 dils.
On Event days (Thur-Sun) I send out 4-6 hour voyages with my "B team". No dil resets
On non-event days, I earn an average of 1000 chrons, 450 honor, 42K credits, and 5 x 4* crew.
On Event days with shorter voyages, I average about +600 chrons total per 2-3 voyages per day, 45K credits, 300 honor, and 1 x 4* crew per 3 voyages.
Hope that helps!
Only 1...dr Marcus, the rest I either have ff or I don't really want.
They started at about 200 but my final refill cost a little less than 600.
That's what I do, it'll usually last unless I replicate an abnormally high amount of 4 or even 5 star items (1 replicated 5 star is abnormally high for me).
AM tank refill costs are linear, and follow a simple formula --> Refill Cost = T/5 (where "T" is the total minutes elapsed when you run out)
For example, the cost of a refill at the 9hr 20min point would cost (540 + 20)/5 = 560/5 = 112 DIL
.. In comparison to other aspects of the game, this is still a pretty sure savings just looking at straight up 10x packs for Dilithium.
7 packs would normally be around 4900
You paid around 4500 and got 11 4* crew.
So at a standard cost level you came out ahead.
(Though, through this voyage and other long ones we can feel pretty sure in saying the 5* crew isn't in play, which perhaps negates the value a bit)
Then ya add in the parts, chronitons and it's a big win.
.. It does show in comparison to other Voyages however that there are "sweet spots" in the Time spent/ Dilithium spent vs rewards structure.. it all factors in to now versus later.
Hurry, it take your time.
Very much like the time / value breakdown of the monthly Dilithium card vs buying 300 or 3000 crystals in one go.
Thank you for your effort and sharing it with us.
PM for details.
So long and thanks for all the fish.
