Culber is pretty good, but I have a hard time passing on Data. He gets events, plus he'll have an appearance in the new Picard series. I'd say flip a coin. Unless space is limited - then take Culber.

I was kind of leaning for the new Data. I've got room coming up, since several 4* are near Frozen now.
I'll go Data.

If it were first stars for both, it could be a tough call. But given the limited improvement from the first to second stars and what I figure to be a roughly equal event potential in 2020, I think Data has more value.
I have Barclay immortalized and he goes on 90% of my voyages. He has a huge sci/eng stat. I dont have Boothby but have heard very good things about him.
I was thinking Worf. But my gut is saying Tukok...

All three new to me.
I have Barkley. He has served well. But I've read repeatedly about Boothby being great.
