Now that we have a true and worthy 5* one-skiller with Dr. Bones McCoy (highest base by a mile), how about changing the stats of Captain Scott (maybe those of his items) to give him less roll, but more base and add some additional base value in general, so his ENG would be on a similar level with Dr. McCoy's MED? I bet lots of people would unfreeze him for such a change.
