poor connection

I have trouble connecting to the game. After a few failed attempts I managed to get in but got a failed connection shortly after that.

    Am having problems with connecting to the game.
    When I try using 3/4g and my wifi. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled and still having issues, my phone has just done a update not use if it’s from this?
