Nothing extraordinary but something I think could be useful for newer/mid-game players. 
Got bored and made a spreadsheet addition for my own personal use and just thought to make a copy and share it. Basically it is just a list of 4* and 5* cards (as of this date) that meet the following criteria:
1. Rated at Tier 5 or above by BBoBA
2. Currently listed as available through the Portal
For me it just didn't make sense to grab higher cards that were worthless OR that I wouldn't be able to get another copy of in the near future. Now I have something to work from.
Help yourself if you want it. I will keep it update as needed. (I think I have the permissions set correctly)
