Suggested alteration for Cadet Picard

I know Cadet Picard has already debuted in the game, but the fact that his head is bald is a bit irksome to me (and possibly a few or you).
How about changing the face to something more like this...

TNG does depict the younger Picard with hair a few times. But the cadet art they used here is taken directy from a photo in Nemesis. Apparently he tried the shaved look at one point, then grew it back out.
