Voyage jumped over Dilemma when used a token.

I am interested if this is an issue that others experienced in the past or a new issue or something due to the recent game updates?
I have previously had the game freeze at a dilemma before, but this time when I used a voyage token few minutes before the dilemma, the voyage jumped to a few minutes after the dilemma, missing it completely. This morning I found that my voyage had run out of antimatter about 11:53 (give or take) so I needed to spend a voyage token to refuel. However the voyage then immediately jumped passed the dilemma without any rewards. Very frustrating not just missing the dilemma but spending 2 hours more in voyage + recall time means today's voyage will be too late to complete and recall at night.
