I can confirm - Indignant Seven ... just got her from a campaign portal pull, 4* behold.
It kinda put me off guard because I didn't know she was available and is only one of the handful of 4*s I need stars for ... I checked Shan's post (Starfleet Communications) and her name is at the bottom of the 4* list.
EDIT: oh she's on your list of 5* crew ... just went through that to review my own files ...
