Event not working

I will not blame the player for my mistakes

This i get after trying to complete the first recipe on facebook.


Doesn't work at all on android 7.4.2 client. There i do see the items per recipe with a wrench on it, but tapping it, does nothing.

Also, i've gotten the intro story twice allready. So that problem wasn't isolated to last event either.

Edit restarted game. Still had my rare reward, but the 3 items i build where gone and vp was still 0.
Building a new recipe did give me vp. Let's hope it was a hickup.

Still need to see if android works now.

I do not see other reports of this at this time.
I tried on my android device without issue.

Build the second recipe available, same error.
Than the third without restarting, same error.

After restart,
2 claimable recipes.
Claim 1, worked, but got 10 vp instead of the 35 i should get after claiming 1 recipe.
Claim 2nd, same error

Restart,

1 claimable recipe, but again at 10vp, claiming it gives me an error

Restart on a different android phone than the first,
Intro story
2 claimable recipes, i guess i now see the one that was lost the first time around at 10 vp
claim 1 worked
claim 2 worked

Restarted the game (2nd phone)

Build 1 recipe, claiming worked, but back at 10 vp.
no error meesage, but no new recipe is offered.

Error message when trying to claim it.

Didn't take notice of the intro story, so i guess not,
2 claimable recipes
Claim 1 --> succes at 10vp
Claim 2nd --> error, recipe disappears no new one is offered.

Seeing it feels like i'm alone i'll take it up with CS.
But it is the second event in a row that has issues, where i seem to be the only one, although on multiple devices. Perhaps something with my account?

It is unlikely they will have an immediate solution but it is good to have those details.

I am also getting errors like that, plus a lot of lag when playing the game

That's what i did, to lazy to copy the whole story.
Unfortunatley CS didn't actually read the problem.
The tickets title was changed to something completely different, and completly wrong to what i'm experiencing. Seeing how my vp is reset everytime in this galaxy, i wonder how this will fare in a skirmish. I wouldn't be sad having the intel cost reset everytime

You didn't have to copy the whole story but it would have been helpful to add a few details.
