Last 2 skill legendary in an event before Detmer?

It just occurred to me that Detmer is the first 2 skill legendary we’ve had in an event in a while. My memory isn’t perfect though. Can someone remind me who the last 2 skill legendary we had in an event was before Detmer?

    Cadet Locarno, last November.

    Technically, Mirror Ellen Landry in the Hybrid Event Temporal Misalignment 2 (Which was a rerun) on September 5th – September 9th, 2019, but was her second appearance.

    A few short weeks before that there was another rerun with a new 2-Skill Frederick La Rouque in The Big Sting 2 on July 4th – July 8th, 2019.

    The week before that for an original event, Scarlet Resonance with Jett Reno.

    So yeah, it's been a few months, but appears to happen more than I even thought before I went through the list.

    ***edit: yes, I missed Locarno. I didn't remember him bc I took the week off specifically bc he was 2-skill.
