Since it was mentioned that none of them are in any collections: I'm all for making a collection of fused characters. We have one for the gauntlet-only crew. Why not have one for merged-only crew? And while we're at it, we should have one for voyage-only crew as well.
And before anyone asks, I don't already have them all. 😅 Collections would offer an additional incentive for collecting them.
Good ideas. On both Collections.
I too have mentioned this on a previous thread. A collection for both seem overdue
I really want the voyage exclusive crew collection. And a 5* V'Ger as the reward. The voyage exclusive crew should yield one of the top Voyagers in the game.
Tuvix is definitely worth it as he is a super rare made from easy to get rares, is bonus in many events and is decent in gauntlet if you have few crew. The Duras sisters card is also worth it because it is a super rare made from easy to get rares and are is good in arena. Lizard Janeway is good too if you have an abundance of those super rares and need diplomacy-science combo for voyages as well as providing bonus in Janeway events. The bynars are not worth it, the merged card has worse stats. Cheesecake Seven is cool but requires using legendary EMH doctor to fuse with a very difficult to get super rare Seven so does not seem worth it to me.

I understand your point about how Indignant Seven can be hard to get (given the dilution of the 4* portal crew) and how a legendary is part of the recipe. That being said, the Mobile Doc is somewhat of a victim of power creep - MED/SCI has gotten a lot of attention in the last several months and Indulgent Seven is a huge upgrade with the same primary/secondary skills and a more valuable tertiary skill.

I am working on getting my one 🌟 Doc to 99 and FE. Then, when I do get a ticked off Seven, I can Cite her to four 🌟 for the Fusion. Cheezy is obviously a much better Legendary than Doc. For the reasons stated.

I've had the Duras Sisters and Tivix and 2* each for the longest time thay unless I have a better option, they get the purple citation of the month lol. I'll probably do the same with cheesecake 7 after I fuse her with the doc. Building and hoping you pull the individual crew to fise them.

You make some good points and I would agree with you if Cheesecake Seven was bonus in Seven and Mobile Doc events but I believe she is only bonus in Seven events and there are quite a few Mobile Doc events. I guess it really comes down to what you have and what you need. For myself I had just gotten Amanda Q to 5/5 so sacrificing my dilithium to get the super rare seven and my 2/5 mobile doc for another med-sci-eng combo was not worth it to me.

I believe that is the case.
I'm almost sure that she did give a bonus in the last event.
I am probably one of maybe a dozen people bored or silly enough to have immortalized the Bynars, and it was really just to freeze them and never see them again. We had a lot if citations around Convergence Day, so yeah. Utterly useless. Now that they are in the portal, its a vanity project for people if they liked the episode.
I do think Indulgent Seven and Evolved Janeway are worth the struggle for most players, especially Seven. She rocked the Doctor event last week for me pretty hardcore, and she’s always off voyaging.
I have a very basic question about the crew merging process, please. How many total copies of the constituent crew members will be needed to fully upgrade and immortalize the merged crew, from start to finish? So far I've got a 1/4* Tuvix at level 100, but I'm not sure how things work going forward. Thank you for any information you can offer.

@Septani Ainalrami It's the same process for every star that you add. So to get him to 2/4* you will again need 3 copies of Tuvok or Neelix and 1 copy of the other one. First you fuse them up to another 1/4* Tuvix and then you can fuse the new copy with the one you already have.
Tuvix was a good card when I started, but then kinda got forgotten by power creep. Evolved Janeway has really strong Dip and SCI and is my top Dip card so she was worth it I would say.
Cheesecake Seven is also a good card, and a voyage regular though it took me a while to get a second mobile doc (my first is FFFE and thus couldn't use him).
When Tuvix was new, he was awesome. A purple 3 skiller with two skills in the mid 600 range was unheard of then and it was extremely useful. But I probably haven't used him since 2017. I have thawed him for Tuvok or Neelix shuttle events though, because he does somehow get use in those.
Evolved Janeway, yeah I use her all the time. Despite having about 80 gold immortals at this point, she does see frequent voyage use, so depending on how whaled someone's roster, she could still be useful and worth it. I have the Duras Sisters, but there are too many other better options and builds to bother using them, so the merged sisters are on ice.
I'm not even bothering with the Bynars, they're just horrifically bad. I have both of the purples immortal and that's all for me. Thanks Frank for taking that hit for the team to see what they looked like before stats were posted.
Indulgent Seven is a super star, that's not even a question of being worth it. The only pain point is losing your gold Mobile Doctor if you don't already have him immortal.

90+% of the time LizWay is either on a Voyage or a Shuttle for me........

She/he/they hit a lot of Bonus Traits:
Seven
EMH
Human
Borg
Civilian
Federation
Astrophysicist

Starfleet
Prisoner

😉it merges to 2* Captain Kirk😉
Edit: I know you mean a 5* new one👍
