FE crew showing buildable items

Col Worf is FE, but in the crew list, it shows an item needs building. Similar issue with Kang (but also showing that locked item as if he's not leveled up), and I've had him immortalized for ages.
I assume this will go away when I restart, but I don't recall seeing this particular visual glitch before. Playing on Steam, 64-bit Windows 7.
