Diplomat Deluge Deal Gone Wrong?

Ok, so I stupidly bought the $10 pack for the Diplomat Deluge. I thought I had read it correctly and that the deal automatically gave me 1 Picard at El-Adrel as well as 10 pulls from this new thing. I got the extra dilithium and the packs but no Picard. Did I read that wrong and truly throw my money away? Or is there a glitch? Someone help. I can’t find the text of the deal now that I’ve bought it.
Weirdly enough, I’m also Vulcan Housewife. Also, RNGesus hates me, like really, REALLY hates me.

    Yes. This is all a moot point now and I’d close or destroy this discussion if I could. I realized my error when I went and logged in to a secondary account so I could look at the wording again. Thanks for the help anyhow.

    Oh, a side note; I DID get Picard after all, through my pulls, lol.
