Since when did Mirror Phlox have Exobiology?

Mirror phlox was announced in the trait changes for 30th October that he added Brutal to his traits - yet it seems he also has added Exobiology:

I know he didn't have it before as looking at recent stt discord computer-core searches he doesn't list it:

Which is great for all those who have not cleared that node on "one future ends". Bit of a bummer for saps like me who had to level Rianna Mayweather or Crell Moset when we already had Phlox levelled. Be annoying now I think of it.

It makes me wonder what other superb unannounced updates DB have added for us to find?

    He should have it. If anyone should have it EMH, Crell, and Phlox should, but yeah shoulda been added a very long time ago.

    They love making those of us who maintain and contribute to the Wiki hunt for undocumented changes. They must think we find it fun. Want to know a secret, though? We absolutely hate it. It isn't fun.

    Announced or unannounced, this is an amazing change. Now there are... three characters... who can pass the Exobiology/Nurse node on the highest difficulty.

    Well, it would sure be nice to have more.

    Also Investigators.

    Lol so it was posted the day after it was done (or perhaps later, since we don't know when it was done, just went it was noticed). Well I guess that's kinda good. Did they publish it because someone mentioned it here, or did they intend to communicate it all along? Who knows....

    Conspiracy would be deliberate silence. I'm leaning more towards left hand right hand not communicating as has occurred in the past.

    Exactly. I had noticed Operation Isolate had been fixed before it was officially posted, and made a post about it. The next day, it was included in the patch notes. I think this is just a case of the programmers pushing out the updates, then Shan getting the info to push out to us.

    Ugh I just sent Phlox out on a voyage 10 minutes ago. At least I can finally collect that star! That'll bring me down to like 6 or 7 I think..

    DB since we are on this kick of finally fixing traits, can we finally give all versions of Chakotay his long-needed 'Spiritual' trait???

    Chakotay's spirituality is discussed often on Voyager, it is an intrinsic part of his character, so please fix this egregious error of overlooking this.

    I mean we back-added Pilot to all versions of Jadzia, Musician to all versions of Kim, Hologram to Crell Moset, Exobiology to Mirror Phlox, so why not this one for Chakotays?

    Well, damn, I didn't need to spend honor getting Rianna Mayweather up to 3/4. And of course don't have to spend the final 18k now. Though she's a nice ENG/MED for Voyages...
