Gauntlet problems?

Getting endless loading screen (contacting starfleet) while searching for oppenents. Startet about 1-2 hours ago. Did some fights then could not get new opponents as it hangs while searching. Only way to get out was to close game. Restart, gauntlet and hanging again trying to find opponents

I have heard that this may be because you dismissed or froze a crew in the middle of a gauntlet so it can’t find them. May not be the case but just one thing to look at
