Janeway v Kang v Shinzon

I can choose either legendary Admiral Janeway, Dahar Master Kang or Shinzon? Which one would be best?

I have T'Kuvma, Judge Q, Orion Vina, Crell Moset and Admiral Janeway.

Should I double up on Admiral Janeway or choose a new legendary?

A general rule is to get more stars on five stars you already have instead of getting a new character. I’m your case, Janeway is in a lot of events so she is the front runner choice by far.

Usually I say double up a legendary but Admiral Janeway's stats are terrible. Even her 5/5 is weak compared to almost every other legendary. Kang has the best stats, 835 base diplomacy at 1* and would help in voyages. Shinzon is ok if you are weak in gauntlet. Janeway is ok if you have few crew slots open. It is true Janeway comes up more in events but klingons come up frequently too. I personally would go Kang.

Thanks guys I ended up doubling up Janeway. I really wanted the Kang but I guess the logical thing to do is to double up the Janeway. Mayhaps I'll see Kang once more.

Depending on the character, I personally would get a new 5*, if you have the crew slots. Mainly for the use in Gauntlet, you only need a 1* to get full benefit.
