Does anyone know the exact amount of intel we started with in phase 2?

    It was about 12k. It was growing from the start of phase one, I think that happened the last time a skirmish was phase 2.

    What’s the normal starting amount? If it accrued during phase one that accounts for 11520 intel.

    We don’t get a lot of skirmish hybrids. It’s an easy thing to miss.

    I remember seeing 11,700-ish pretty close to the phase change.

    A full Skirmish starts with 100 Intel which accrues at 1 every 15 seconds, i.e. 4 per minute. So at the start of Phase 2, everyone should have 100 + (4 * 60 * 48) = 11,620 Intel. FYI, during the course of any 4-day Skirmish event, everyone accumulates 23,140 Intel.

    I wonder then if running space battles in phase 1 generates intel as well. It will be interesting to test next rainbow moon.

    IIRC, ship battles in phase one don't give you any intel when phase 2 starts. I suspect the difference many just be when you click over - i.e. someone right at phase change and someone else like 30 minutes later, since it keeps accruing.

    So, every 15 seconds +1. You can usually {if you noted going in} an increase, even without an Intel drop during, after a run......
