@Shan just an FYI since people were complaining that she wasn't a physician, apparently in the prequel book "the last best hope" she is identified as being a physician before working for maddux.

The intent was to have her have the cyberneticist trait but it got lost in the code somehow.
This will be corrected with next week's server release.

Since books are not canon that will not help in adding the trait though...

There were some books as well as graphic novels (comic books) commissioned for release before Picard premiered, and yes, those are canonical. I don't know if this was one of them, but it could have been.
