Second time this Mega the the purchase of the existing is the $25 purchase and the new is the $10. I always make sure I have enough in my account to spend $25 on the new 4 star. So by alternating the old at 24 prior to the event, that is saving me money.

Don't they alternate the offers? The first phase will be one of the 2 purples and 5 event packs for 25 and the second phase will be the other purple for 10 bucks and 2 event packs?

Yes but it used to be the new one was always the first, and byt the time the event is going I am not going to spend $25 on the new one, and since the existing is probably already maxed, I am not going to spend 25 on that either. Only spend what on what ever the new is being offered.
