Event Phase change broken

No one can get into the galaxy half. Event dialogue replays and puts you back on shuttles.

yep even is still showing shuttles enter the event repeats the phase 2 text over and over

This happened before so they will fix it soon.

Also, community rewards seem strange, though they may get fixed when the phase change happens
