Special Gauntlet Abilities

What would you think about making some characters more appealing by giving them special bonuses in gauntlet.

For instance - Shinzon is trash. But what if he had a new ability that said, "while on your gauntlet team, all Romulan team members get +20% crit"?

Ok, probably still trash, because Romulans... But it's an idea. It could make old crew desirable again.

That does make for a fun idea. You could go any number of ways with it.

I love the idea. Not sure how I would execute. You could do existing legendaries and put them in packs. You could do it new crew to make them more desirable. You could change the gauntlet meta. I really don't care for gauntlet in its current state. Something fresh would get me interested again.
