Of course several people are now getting "an error occured during sign in" messages and can't get into the game now.

I've had the error for 20 minutes, but only on my main account, not my old account. iOS, Win10, Android, Steam - i get the same error. I reset my password, still get it. Try the credentials for the old account, right in.

Maybe its only for people with the Age of Sail collection maxed. I can get in on my alt as well, but when I go to that collection and click on it I get an error.

Could be it, I am pretty sure I have the collection finished and I haven't been able to login last 20 minutes or so, which is probably when AoS Picard was added.

Agree, clicking on the Set Sail Collection crashes the game I can get into.

There is something wrong with the Set Sail collection. I can get into the game okay, but trying to view the reward tiers for this collection does generate an error.

Same issue, Prime account with Max'd AoS Collection can't login, Alt account w/o AoS Maxed, can. Hey, TP, we'd all love a AoS Picard as compensation!

I pulled my player.json and only get this error, nothing else. It looks like there's supposed to be a new avatar as the Collection reward, and that's the problem. Maybe it can help the devs:

I was still in the game until I restarted and am now also locked out. I got my Picard after about 20 bites at the apple. Drawing him is what booted me out and now I can't get back in.

I don't have the AoS collection maxed, but if I tap on the "milestone" icon, I get "an unexpected error has occurred". However, this hasn't booted me out of the game or anything.

Anyone know what the collection rewards are? It's a brutal collection with mostly 5* crew. I hope the final rewards are worthwhile for the effort,

Unfortunately it shows him in the collection but when you try to see the rewards it errors...hopefully we'll see sooooooon
