Can't open more than 6 Cardassian missions!

I can't open more than 6 Cardassian missions, so when I send out 8 shuttles, the last 2 must be from another faction. I didn't test if all factions are affected, but I didn't had this issue before. Before it was possible to send out 8 shuttles from the same faction.

This event only has six total missions for each faction rather than the usual eight, which is the case for a hybrid event like this one.

And I thought in this case a mission would open twice. Hmm...
