With today's crew slot sale, I decided to go through the 116K in merits that I had hoarded. Picked up 3 new 5*'s and added a second star to Ziyal, as well as some 4*'s. In the process, I got about 30k in honor too.
Not technically a random merit pull surprise (this came from a premium 10 pack), but if this doesn't qualify as a random pull surprise, I don't know what does.
Anyone want to calculate the odds of this happening? Back to back in the same pack, no less?
Perhaps not the most sought after card, but after getting her in the campaign a few months ago, it's nice to get that final star. Might be the first gold that I freeze whenever I inevitably get tight on crew slots again.
I can’t remember the last time I received a legendary from a merit pull. Hopefully, my luck will change.

Had a few decent merit rewards recently. Makes up for the fact my last few begolds have had no good picks!

Second star for Changeling Martok. Fifth star for Georgiou (the other four are from the campaign).
