Bounced out on start up- Kindle

Since the forced upgrade for Kindle, the bouncing has become even worse. I'm typically bounced during start up and can't even get in. I will file a complaint with Amazon if this is not fixed before this event is over. I'm already considering a bad review on the app store.

    Twenty-three minutes into the event, I was bounced back to the splash and it bounced out from there.

    A very new Kindle Fire 7 (Gen 9) running Fire OS 6.3.1.5, which I think is based on Android 7.1 Nougat. There has been multiple issues since the mid-May update and NONE have been fixed.

    I just hope something comes of it. Most I've gotten is 100 dilithium for having to restart a voyage after 3 bounces in an eight minute attempt to retrieve it and a copy of The Clown after the SECOND time "The Voice of the Prophets" had choice C locked, even though I debated the vedek in "Beginning of the End of the World". My keyboard doesn't pop up for chat, search, or support tickets most of the time, so I can't send tickets except once in a blue moon.

    I am getting crashes on loading (Samsung S10+) on loading with STTL from the Amazon app store (the purchases are cheaper than google). Normally when re-loaded from the Android App switcher it crashes. If I load it from the icon in the app folder it works either sometime or always, I have not tested it enough.

    I find if I load it from directly from the amazon appstore app it loads perfectly every time I have tried. I hope this helps.

    I have the same issue - installed via Amazon App Store on an Android 10 device (Huawei Mate 10 Pro).
    And it always crashes when the app is "killed" by the OS to free up memory. If I quit the game either ingame or by exiting it from the app switcher, it starts correctly. If the app gets killed by the OS, it will crash after the loading screen.
    If this Amazon Splash screen (with the Terms and Services) isn't shown during startup, then it's gonna crash.
    This happens since the forced update.
