Suggestion: Grant bonuses in faction shuttle missions to faction-member crew

It would make sense that, for example, Federation shuttle missions would be easier when you equip crew to do the mission with the Federation trait, or similarly, Klingons would do better at completing KCA and Klingon Empire shuttle missions. This might create a reason to equip certain crew that are otherwise really bad at missions, making those crew more useful. The bonuses could either be a small increase in % chance of completion, or perhaps, a bonus to mission rewards.

I understand the logic here. And it makes sense. But in my opinion that would then make way too many crew as bonuses, especially for faction shuttle events.
