- Captain’s Proton Greatest Foe Campaign
With most of live entertainment switching to digital, what a nice addition it would be if the holodeck technology was already part of our lives!
In the meantime we hope that you’ll enjoy our next campaign featuring: Captain Proton Paris 4 *, and Doctor Chaotica 5* (from the Star Trek:Voyager episode: “Bride of Chaotica”).
The Captain's Proton Greatest Foe campaign will start on Thursday, July 9 at 1 am ET (05:00 UTC) and end on Thursday, August 6 at 12:59am ET (Thursday, August 6 at 04:59 UTC).
- Fleets and inactive Admirals
Recently there have been some concerns regarding how a change of Admiral, when the current one is inactive, was being handled by our Player Support Team. While we cannot disclose the full details of what our improved process entails, and this to avoid attempts to circumvent it, we can share the following:
- tickets requesting a change of Admiral will be automatically escalated to a Team lead and will undergo a more in depth examination.
This will ensure a more diligent approach for these requests.
